In the first Spy Kids film, Carmen and Juni fight throughout their adventure, but eventually the two siblings deepen their bond. Carmen is one of two main protagonists in the Spy Kids films along with her brother. Carmen's favorite meal is a Big Mac and french fries from McDonalds.
The first film reveals she has a bedwetting problem and wears diapers to bed because of it; it is unknown if she still needs diapers during the later movies. When she is panic, she would say "Oh...shiitake mushroom" that was another 'way' to say that 's' word. This word also used when she fights Gary Giggles.
